6 months pregnant and exercise 1-2 times a week, back pain got worse, even tho I did quick back stretches I still felt the pain. Today I have decided to do back stretches for a longer duration of time and came across this video. It helped my back ! Will do these stretches often. Thank you

15 mins of wonder! My back has been killing me from riding cars alot lately and my lower back was almost numb with pain and no amount of rest helped.
