  1. I came to say Thank You! ❤

I'm a 40-year-old first time mom. I followed your pregnancy pilates, yoga, and stretching videos during my whole pregnancy (weeks 13-41), at the beginning 4-7 times a week and 1-3 times a week at during the last month. I even followed your perineal massage video from week 36 onwards. I paired all of it with frequent walking outside and positive birth affirmation videos from YouTube during evenings. Oh, and I got my husband to do your partner exercise video with me too! 🎉

I had an absolutely wonderful natural, medication-free birth experience. Everything went so fast. When the surges got strong, my healthy baby was out in less than 4 hours. I only required minor stitching and was able to walk with ease mere 2 hours after labor. I literally walked out of the hospital – with a huge smile of course.

Thank you so much for your videos, Jessica! I will be recommending your videos to all pregnant women I meet! The effort of doing your videos is SO worth it. Truly, thank you! ❤

  2. I woke up with a terrible pain on my shoulder and breast bone. It was horrible I couldn’t sleep at night. I came to your channel and did this exercise along with one more on stretches and now I feel better the pain in the breast has gone and the shoulder had subsided and my heart is pumping blood faster😂 Thank you

  3. Hi! I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I have been following your workouts since 6 weeks pregnant. Your workouts are great and it makes me feel amazing. But now I’m told that I have a low lying placenta. So, please can you suggest some safe workouts for pregnant women with low lying placenta. Thank you! ❤

  4. Hello from Italy 🙂 I'm 16 weeks and started doing your workouts 2 weeks ago, and I love them! Thank you for everything you're doing in this channel. I've got a question, do you have any remedy/video to ease my sciatic nerve pain?
    xx
