  1. Thank you for the breathing exercise with ice at the end! I’m 37 weeks now and got a bit nervous about the pain and how to deal with it mentally. This exercise helped make me feel more confident and capable again ❤❤

  2. I love so much this one 🤍🤍 it was feeling so relaxing all along the exercises 😌 I am 36weeks tomorrow, I don’t know when little baby will want to come but I feel confident to welcome him ☺️ thank you so much ✨✨

  3. Postpartum mom here. I started these videos in my 3nd trimester, did them maybe 3-4 times a week unless I was travelling or having a really exhausted week. I had a planned homebirth that went really well! Baby came 8 days before the due date, I labored for only 8 hours, and I was able to move around and cope really well. We're all healthy and I count it as a very good experience. These videos gave me so much confidence and I know that the hip openers and pelvic floor openers really helped! Thank you!

  4. I am overwhelmed by how challenging that ice meditation was. I'm 29 weeks into my first pregnancy (and I'm also fasting today for religious reasons), and I really had to talk myself through those last 15 seconds before I could let go. I was sweating by the end and was happy to have cold hands to wipe over my face when I finished

  5. Doing yoga, your excercises and taking hypnobirthing classes while reading hypnobirthing books. My first delivery was emergency C section. Now i am preparing my body and mind for natural birth and i know my body can do it ❤️ 14 weeks here

  6. I loved the ice meditation! It was challenging but I realized I could have kept going at the end of the minute and felt so proud of myself! What a great reminder that pain is not the enemy in labor and that relaxing is the key to getting through.
