I am doing this since my first trimester, I am currently at 22 weeks, my body started to feel achey some days and every time I do this workout I immediatly feel better. Therefore I plan doing this everyday until I give birth to keep my body feeling good. I am writing it here so hopefully it will keep me accountable and I will report my birth experience later
