  1. What a great flow! I haven't felt well enough to pull out my mat for 2 months, but now I'm finally at the end of the first trimester and getting some energy back. This was the perfect first flow to bring me back – gentle, but the movement I needed to get some stretch. Thank you!

  3. This is so great thank you!!! Even my 2 year old managed to sit down with me for a whole 25 minutes and let me get some yoga in. Would you happen to have something or be working on anything a little more hips and pelvis focused (pregnancy friendly)? This pregnancy round I feel like my lower half is starting to give up on me.

  4. Beautiful practice, exactly what I needed. I’m unable to exercise due to it bringing on waves of Braxtons and I am only 32 weeks, but my yoga practice does not do that and I am so so grateful. Best wishes to you and your family Ash. Congrats on your pregnancy!
