  5. Hi hailey, I have been doing your thigh workout for 10 days. I am glad to see a slight change in my body. I am someone with genetically thick thighs and buttocks. I can say that your thigh workout is definitely worth trying, but I am concerned about my butt fat. I want to start butt exercise. However, I am afraid that it will result in bulky hips and thighs. Could you suggest something?
