Namaste my Beautiful YOGI friends, Welcome to a soothing journey through Somatic Yin Yoga, where we delve deep into the realms of mind-body connection. Today, we’re exploring gentle yet profound exercises tailored specifically for soothing an anxious belly and promoting myofascial release.

In this practice, we fuse the principles of somatics and Yin Yoga, tapping into the power of vagus nerve stimulation yoga to guide us through a transformative experience. Through intentional movement and breath, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

As we flow through each somatic yoga posture, we illuminate our bodies from within, allowing for somatic work that nurtures both the physical and emotional layers of our being. With each gentle stretch and release, we invite the body to surrender deeper, shedding layers of stress and tension that have been held subconsciously.

This practice isn’t just about physical postures; it’s about somatic experiencing, reconnecting with ourselves on a profound level. With a focus on myofascial release, we tenderly unravel the fascial web that holds us captive, freeing ourselves from the constraints of discomfort and unease.

Through this journey, we nurture not just our bodies, but our spirits as well. We explore the intricate dance between movement and stillness, finding solace in the spaces between breaths. This is Yin Yoga at its finest—a gentle yet potent practice that speaks directly to the soul.

And remember, as we navigate this practice, we’re not just nurturing our bodies; we’re also nurturing our gut. Somatics and Yin Yoga help to rewire the nervous system, offering a powerful tool for healing the digestive system. Because when our gut is happy and healthy, it paves the way for a life filled with vitality and well-being.

See you on the mat, beautiful souls, where we’ll continue to illuminate the path towards greater harmony and wholeness.

  1. Hello Rebeka, THANK YOU so much, this practice was so helpful, it was quite a challenge cause I was having a panic attack, hip flexor pain and so much tension everwhere, but it did wonders, I am lighter and in calm.

Do you know what does a hip flexor/psoas pain could mean? I have years dealing with that , wish I could do something about it!

Thank you again, love and gratitude from Mexico❤

  2. Just giving this a try, really like your presentation. I suffer from super tight fascia around the liver and gallbladder areas, with pain around the right hand side often. Is this your best video for that? Or would you recommend any others pls?

  3. I saw this practice a few days ago & banked it for a day when I had more time. I'm experiencing anxiety & am feeling restricted. I worked through these sensations, feeling frustration. At the end, the tears flowed & I allowed myself to be vulnerable. Thank you for helping me release these emotions. Seeing the light & nature behind you was special, whilst I practised indoors on a dark autumn morning by candlelight (which was calming) 🙏

  4. Simply splendid! Our gut is our second brain and this practice is a game changer. The practice reminds you that the brain is not your mind. Thank you so much Rebekah!🙏🏻💫🌿
