  1. Yes, ma'am! Mine is pelvic floor, glutes, hip flexors. My friends don't get it when I say I have to "find the source" of my back pain by stretching various areas.

  2. GLUTES ARE IMPORTANT. SOME PEOPLE, CHARLIE USED TO SAY, THE CORE. THE ABS. YET, RESEARCH CHANGES. I HAVE NO LOWER BACK PROBLEMS. AND HOW WAS YOUR DAY HONEY? CHARLIE, I LOVE YOU SHORTY. I REALLY WORKED OUT IN FLOW LAST NIGHT.

  3. Hey Charlie – just a random comment: thank u for all of ur posts lately. I’m so grateful. I prob will never meet u eye to eye but pls know there r a lot of ppl like me that r simply so appreciative and grateful and love what u r doing for us. Means a lot to us. ❤

  4. Go get a full body 90-minute massage. We have Hyaluronan fluid around all our muscles that dry out and get sticky, turning into adhesions (Knots) in the body. Ground yourself. Put your bare feet on the sand, grass or dirt for at least an hour. This repairs our ATP receptors improving blood circulation and removing inflammation from the body. It cured my trigger finger after 1 hour at the beach. Researchers found that mice with tumors that did regular stretching compared to those that did none had a 60% reduction in tumor size.
