  2. Thank you so much Jess, i have a bad day today and just with 10 minute doing yoga with you, i feel iam so lucky that i can breath easily, my body can move, cause i know many people in hospital have to fight to breath, iam aware of everything around me and im so enough, so wealthy

  3. I’m doing this in 2024 and yesss, it works like magic! I feel so relaxed after doing it that I just stayed in the last position for like 10 mins (lying on my back relaxed, not doing anything). Even my daughter was surprised to see me so relaxed 😂

  4. This is one of the best bedtime yoga practices. I’ve probably done hundreds of yoga videos on youtube but this is one of the few that I come back to regularly, and I’ve been returning to this one for 2-3 years. It feels divine! Thank you, Jessica ❤
