I’m doing this in 2024 and yesss, it works like magic! I feel so relaxed after doing it that I just stayed in the last position for like 10 mins (lying on my back relaxed, not doing anything). Even my daughter was surprised to see me so relaxed 😂
This is one of the best bedtime yoga practices. I’ve probably done hundreds of yoga videos on youtube but this is one of the few that I come back to regularly, and I’ve been returning to this one for 2-3 years. It feels divine! Thank you, Jessica ❤
I got a knee injury so i couldn't do everything 🥲🥲

Please tell me why I’m a pre-PT student and never realized I could modify child’s pose with a pillow 🤦🏻♂️ this was so lovely, great ending to the day
