Hi Radhika and Akshaya, I cannt say how happy I am finding your channel. I used to do yoga and classical dance during my school days. But with time busy schedule I lost practicing yoga. Gradually I have gathered courage to do on and off and now started doing more regularly after years. Journey of meditation started on and off 2 years back and even if sometimes i am bad in persistence but now Days trying my best to be regular in mediatation in any form. Finding your channel is a bliss specially for chakra. If i will be able to continue the beginner thing for some months will step up slowly to advance level.
