  2. Best yoga practice for trapped gas. I had extreme pain. I was literally crying. I couldn't sleep all night and went to the hospital. But i could'nt felt better till i made this practice. All my blessings for you. Big thanks from the center of my heart 🙏🏻

  3. Hi Radhika and Akshaya, I cannt say how happy I am finding your channel. I used to do yoga and classical dance during my school days. But with time busy schedule I lost practicing yoga. Gradually I have gathered courage to do on and off and now started doing more regularly after years. Journey of meditation started on and off 2 years back and even if sometimes i am bad in persistence but now Days trying my best to be regular in mediatation in any form. Finding your channel is a bliss specially for chakra. If i will be able to continue the beginner thing for some months will step up slowly to advance level. Definitely very helpful for work, life and peace. Thank you😊

Mam thank you so much for your efforts, no one can match you when it comes to yoga & i always look up to you for yoga daily. 1 Q – i do yoga in the morning 1hr after drinking water or my detox juice, is 1hr required or can i start after a short time. also what time gap should i keep between yoga & my food after that. I have also attended your yoga courses twice but still couldn't get a sure answer. As I have suffered a lot due to my poor digestion & serious gut digestive issues, i am always doubtful about this. Plz guide🙏
