  1. I really liked the progression of movement. The way you guide me through activating the core with movement of each arm and leg both in table and supine was particularly helpful for me. This wasn't too much or too little, so it will be a great video to share with my clients. Thanks!!

  2. That was entirely appropriate. Curiously enough, when my back was bothersome, I tried some of those, what I call: Timasanas(!) and it seems as if I was on the right track. By the way, do you remember the brief You Tube film you and Ollie watched on my recommendation? I’ve thought of a title for that: the Downward Dog.

  3. Thank you for this, Tim! I'm taking it easy on this Hump 🐫 Day (12/15/21@3:40pmET). I totally agree about the anti-inflammatory OTC products. I commonly use turmeric in my rice, so I get what I want and need twice — yellow rice and the benefit of the turmeric. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Have I told you lately? — YOU ARE JUST GREATNESS! 😊❤👏 ~~LOL~~have a great day, Tim! Namaste………..🙏🏾🙏🏾

  4. This sequence has helped me so much in the past with my lower back – thank you Tim! I'm now having problems with my middle/upper back, and was wondering you'd recommend it for those issues as well (nothing real specific that I'm aware of – just pain and tightness in the middle & upper back, which is also affecting my pectoral muscles – those are tight at times as well and occasionally quite painful).

  5. What have I been doing before I ran into this class? Had a bad back pain and found this one amazingly relieving. Tim, you're getting better by the day :)) Thanks.

  6. Loved this, thank you! I have scoliosis and am constantly battling with a bit of lower back pain. I work behind a pc all day. That tip about always wanting to stretch it out was really helpful, thanks. I was that person😂

  7. Really helpful,, thank you. Been struggling with lower back pain on and off for the last 30 years, and always gone for the NSAIDs cocktail.
Will try and o incorporate regular exercises like this and avoid shifting fish tanks without a warm up.

  8. You talk about walking more, but have you heard of walking too much causing problems? Currently for my job I have been walking anywhere from 20-30 miles a week and in the last week I have started experiencing extreme tightness in my low back. I have been working through your 30 days of yoga videos but I am thinking I need to cut back to things like this video until I start to feel better.

  9. Thanks for discouraging the use of NSAIDS- not only do they mess with the gut, but long term use can cause kidney failure, ulcers, and can exacerbate high blood pressure. Bad!
Great video Tim, Stacy and Ollie!

  10. Love Stacey! Her movements are are very deliberate and slow making it very easy to mimic. She seems to also be a very beautiful being. Thank you so much Tim and Stacey for helping to get me through the day 💜💜

  11. I totally agree with you about walking – it was a crucial part of my back recovery and I now walk for maintenance regularly. I also practice yoga daily too. I love your precision with your yoga teaching and found this little class really good (I'm also part way through your recent yoga challenge). I'm just curious what your thoughts are with regards to yin yoga?
