I often hear from people that they cannot do yoga because they are not flexible enough.
But being flexible is really the art of being open and available.
Open and available to what is current and present.
It’s an inside job, this… space… making.
We can start with the body but remember what the great yoga guides have shown us…
The body is a metaphor.
And I am no expert, but I suspect… there is a lot to balance and uncover.
This week we meditate on flexibility as conscious openness.

yoga is hinduism teaching meant to empty the mind. They are not just regular stretches, those poses are dedicated to a deity. We must fill our minds with the Word of God, and seek God face about doing yoga. Yahshua is King
I didnt even get to finish this got to raising my right leg and my puppy decided to play aka jump all over me with little nips and licks
I’m having a really hard time finding any video that includes targeted stretching to the quads. I can touch my toes but I can’t kneel without feeling an uncomfortable stretch. Any recommendations?
Adrienne and her four legged assistant ((Benjy) have helped keep me sane (and flexible)!! through the last five years of an insane world. I am 67 and thought I could never do yoga. I started with Adrienne at the beginning of yoga and have kept it up almost daily!! Thank you Adrienne!🙏

My daughter and husband did your 30 days of Yoga I think in 2020 together. I followed you too. But I have a yoga routine I do everyday before I workout. I take awesome classes at 2 Gyms.
