  1. I often hear from people that they cannot do yoga because they are not flexible enough.
    But being flexible is really the art of being open and available.
    Open and available to what is current and present.
    It’s an inside job, this… space… making.
    We can start with the body but remember what the great yoga guides have shown us…
    The body is a metaphor.
    And I am no expert, but I suspect… there is a lot to balance and uncover.
    This week we meditate on flexibility as conscious openness.

    yoga is hinduism teaching meant to empty the mind. They are not just regular stretches, those poses are dedicated to a deity. We must fill our minds with the Word of God, and seek God face about doing yoga. Yahshua is King

  3. Adrienne and her four legged assistant ((Benjy) have helped keep me sane (and flexible)!! through the last five years of an insane world. I am 67 and thought I could never do yoga. I started with Adrienne at the beginning of yoga and have kept it up almost daily!! Thank you Adrienne!🙏

    Over a year ago, my sciatica was causing me so much pain. I wasn’t able to walk. It caused me so much depression and anxiety, I wanted to give up. Because of you , not only able to walk again with no pain. You’ve taught me how to listen to my body. Calm my anxiety and many more things. I share your videos with everyone because you said “share with friends, even enemies too” lol so thank you for your dedication on helping us with our bodies and mind ✨ 💕

  7. My daughter and husband did your 30 days of Yoga I think in 2020 together. I followed you too. But I have a yoga routine I do everyday before I workout. I take awesome classes at 2 Gyms. I'm happy to say I haven't had any trouble with my back in years!! You're awesome Adriene! Yoga is a way of Life. It relieves stress! ❤
