  1. gaining awareness of the different muscles that together make up the hips has been the most rewarding part of yoga for me. they can be the source of pain, but also amazing relief, like after this fantastic practice! thank you, adriene 🙂

  2. I'm not gonna pretend I had it all figured out, because I didn't. Manifesting felt like failing for years. Trying, trying, nothing. Then I took Vera Hart's archetype quiz and it hit something. My archetype just fit. No magical moment, but it finally gave me direction instead of all that fumbling around. If you struggle with it too try it! its free anyway

  3. Haven't done yoga in years and my mind and body have suffered the consequences. I am tight and wound up. I feel great after this but have a long way to go. Today is the start of something brand new

  4. This practice was one for the books!! That pigeon/lizard variant surprised me, when I was turned grabbing my back foot I called my partner in to come see my newest pose 😂

Every time I sit through a "longer" practice, it's always so worth it.

  5. very nice session, thank you very much Adriene. I was diagnosed with Ankylosis Spondylitis back in 2019 and after a lot of medication , pain and straggle, I started yoga with you 2 month ago. I also have Sacroiliitis with a lot o pain and recently psoas muscle paint. This session really helped a lot! thank you again!
