    Hello satvic I think you know about me I am furqan I want to loss my weight and I also loss about 4 kg weight but unfortunately now I am not on a diet I am thinking everyday today in sha Allah I will do yoga but again I feel lazy and I can't and I also not maintaine my diet so please tell me what can I do ?
