  2. I got hit by a car about 3 or 4 months ago and I haven't gotten back into movement. I have been starting again but now unable to bear weight on my left knee even more than I wasn't able to before it from a previous knee injury. This helped me release a lot of emotions, I definitely cried my eyes out with this one.

  3. It ceases to amaze me whenever this happens but I swear I was MEANT to see this video at this exact moment. 😳 I came for a quad stretch, but I figured, hey, my hips are always tight, I might as well continue…one or two breakdowns later and I’m in the fetal position feeling like a weight has been lifted from my chest. I seriously can’t thank you enough! ❤

  4. Hi! Grad student here. I usually always default to lifting or cardio. Today was cold. I didn't feel like going to the gym and I was exhausted after clinic & supervisor meetings. I didn't know how much I needed this until I started crying while listening to slow tempo melchonloy songs. Thank you for this small break full of respite right before I hit finals. Sending all the best wishes to you all 💛

  5. Alright look. I’ve been looking for something to relive the tension in my back in my legs and just overall the weight of life. I’ve done yoga before I’ve done meditations, but never have I been so close to tears. My body wanted to yawn and I couldn’t yawn (as I was writing this I got a full yawn finally) and I felt my spine start to give way and like something is gone. Normally I’d be scrambling to figure out what it was that is now gone but I really could care less now. So thank you.
