Hi Bird! I absolutely love your videos and constantly come back to them for rest, support, and relaxation. I was gonna ask though – would you ever make a video for workplace yoga? I work as a supervisor at Starbucks, and not only is it physically demanding, but also can be stressful and anxiety inducing as well. I feel like if I had a 5-8 minute video to calm my mind and engage my body (specifically wrists, ankles, feet, knees, shoulders, and core) before my shift, it could help a lot! I know that isn't something you've ever done before, but just throwing it out there as an idea! Sending you best wishes and great vibes!!
