  1. brasil aqui, fui fazer uma serie de cardio e não aguentei nada, estou acabada pos parto nao sinto força apenas dores, após o video me senti forte e aliviada, ajudou uma mãe a voltar a treinar ❤😂

  2. I’m sure your videos are great, but the ad I got before being able to watch was for GLP-1 drugs for weight loss… I know you can’t control exactly what ads are shown before your videos, but if you can block these types of ads, I and I’m sure others would appreciate it if you did. I came here to start feeling better but the first thing I saw was how to lose weight with a drug. Again, I’m sure this was not intentional on your part, but it set me back mentally when I’m already in a pretty sensitive and vulnerable place. If you can help, great! If not, and if this was completely out of your control, I apologize and keep doing what you are doing!

  3. I'm 6.5 weeks pp and haven't worked out yet. I used to be so active and it's been a daunting feeling to get back to it. My body has also been so tense with breastfeeding. This was a great video to help me transition back to a movement based lifestyle. Thank you!

  4. Just did this and felt a lot of relief after. Checked out your videos and there are a lot. I wasn’t in shape pre-pregnancy and postnatal am even worse off(4th baby) I have a lot of back pain and I can feel how weak and stiff my body is all over. I am trying to stretch and strengthen all over, loved this video, I do enjoy yoga, but with so many others not sure where to start, definitely don’t want to pick one my body isn’t ready for yet. Any suggestions?

  5. loved this gentle quick yoga. my baby wanted to be on the floor with me during and was a little grizzler but I was able to get through the whole video and LOVED the back stretches and clicks i got. thankyou

  6. Thank you for your content which has helped me feel great during pregnancy & pp! I also love your voice which I find soothing and reassuring when at times I felt frustrated my body and pelvic floor were so slow at getting back to normal. This video is one of my faves as it really helps my back which aches so much due to breastfeeding! I like that the videos are short which makes it achievable to do one every day whilst baby is napping or in bed. Thank you so much!!

  7. Heartfelt, thanks for that and for your other videos!
I used your videos while I was pregnant, especially the videos with ball exercises. My birth went extremely successfully, I believe, thanks to them, and now, feeling the back pain from breastfeeding and carrying the baby, every time they do their exercises, I feel much better. Thank you very much! Continue to delight us with your wonderful videos and workouts.
