I’m in my first trimester and have been dealing with so many mixed emotions; sad, scared, anxious, happy, etc. Not to mention some intense nausea. It felt so validating to have someone acknowledge those feelings and really help me find some grounding. Thank you!❤

Omg I found out I was pregnant last week 😂 it is crazy honestly because I got married 8 months ago and it still feels crazy to me that I got married and now I’m pregnant and I was so skeptical about doing any workouts because my family would always tell me don’t work out or walk or anything. And I kind of felt like I wanted to do something so I searched it up and this was great to be honest ❤I will do this every day from now on

Thank you so much for those . 7 weeks and I’m exhausted , dizzy and nauseous. I miss my yoga practice so much, this helped me get over the road block of moving and feeling like shit.
Standing straight up from the squat made me almost throw up 😅

Few months back, I used to watch videos containing exercises to promote ovulation and help implantation. Now I am watching exercises for 1st trimester. 😊😊

Lovely session but very distracting to be interrupted by 2 ads! Sadly won’t be back for more videos due to this. My other favourite channels respect the flow of their yoga practices so I will be continuing with those.
I wanted to enjoy this, but the amount of ads that startled me during this session wasn’t worth it 😢
This was amazing I’m a first time mom who’s several weeks pregnant and have been curled up in a ball succumbing to my symptoms and this has helped sooooo much thank you I will be revisiting every week or more 💝

I felt like the movement was too quick to really settle into a position, otherwise not bad.
Thanks. I am a body builder hobbyist but cannot do my normal training since getting pregnant (8 weeks) and have been looking for other ways to maintain a good physiology without straining myself. This is great and I could even do it at work during my breaks.

I don't comment much on videos but I really needed this today. I'm 7 weeks and dealing with a lot of intense nausea, and finally had some time today where I felt able to do some yoga and I'm so thankful I did. This is exactly what I needed and I have a feeling I'll be revisiting this video for the next few weeks!
Some of the yoga poses were a bit hard for me because it has been a bit for me and it all felt brand new again but i just wanna say thank you when you said take a second to remind your self that you're okay i really needed that
I think was so fast for me but is good to learn The movements and to make slow after
8 weeks pregnant with a 3 year old spirited child constantly testing my patience, along with anxiety, fatigue, intense nausea, struggle with emotional regulation – this flow and your voice was just the right kind of calm I needed to start the day. Thank you 🙏🏻
