  2. I enjoyed this workout. I’m currently 25 and a half weeks pregnant. Perfect length of a workout for me. Not too long but not too short. Enough to challenge me a little bit without being overly strenuous.

  3. Absolutely the best pregnancy videos I can find on YouTube. Good exercises with different levels of difficulty. I use these videos everyday for exercise. I just love the simple set up, clear instructions and good combinations of movement. ❤❤❤
