  3. This is such a good stretch for me @sarahbeth I recently had foot surgery and wearing a splint up to my knees. Between the knee scooter and the crutches my neck back and shoulders are twisted up. This is helping. And this is one of the many of your sessions I do in my home. Love the doing something every day mantra.
