  2. This wont always work to quiet anxiety. See a chiropractor. Tell the chiropractor you have anxiety or dizziness. They know which bone corresponds to anxiety. If youre misaligned, it can cut off oxygen. Even a little less oxygen can cause anxiety or dizziness.
    Misalignment can cause so many problems

  4. Thank you so much 🙏🏽 I feel very calm now after a very full day. Also I convinced my over-anxious cat to sit in my lap during this meditation and she calmed down together with me 🌿 (she is a kitty of little trust since she was a kitten but now she is eleven years already still very cautious; but those calm moments really strengthen her self-confidence as well as our bond)🐈

  6. MANTRA, day 8. March 2026. This practice really helped me today. I came here quite stressed out, lots of to-do lists racing through my head, and worries about time running out. But after taking these 14 minutes, to just be, and breath, I feel so much calmer, and have so much more clarity now.   7. Mantra l🦋❤🦋l Day – 8 l March 8, 2026 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! Ah, this meditation 🧘🏿‍♀️ was right on time. I didn't realize how stressed and uncertain I was feeling until an odd dream I had last night about stealing a black Dodge Dorango from a parking lot. Firstly, I wouldn't take someone's vehicle. Secondly some strangers in the dream took it on a joy ride and I was in the backseat. My door flew open and I had to hold on tight not to fallout. Luckily, I didn't then I woke up. I researched the meaning and learned that it represents anxiety and uncertainty. Well, I haven't been on the schedule at the university for 3 months to instruct. There was no room for growth there. Also, I have been working diligently to introduce my yoga program to a Cultural Art Center and Recreation Park. Both places are interested, yet it's a long process of approval. I believe this is what the dream stems from. I will start outlining my program at the cafe today to be ready once everything works in my favor.
