  1. This was great, just what I needed. I'm surprised, though – in my 10+ years of doing yoga, I never came across the modified sphinx pose! My stomach on my left side was really feeling the stretch!

  2. Just want to say that I've been following your videos for months now and they are my favorite on youtube. I truly feel so calm and centered after your practice. Not only centered, but more myself. It's amazing. I'm sure you're making a positive impact in many lives.

  3. I lost a friendship for myself and my kid today. The person no longer wanted to be friends. The grief is part of a repetitive cycle in my life and that of my husband and children. This practice offered me help to release tension and tears. Thank you for your work in this field.

  4. Bookmarked this video for next time I'm having a panic attack. The squeezing and hugging made me not focus on my breathing anymore, the poses after allowed me to take time before lifting my head up and the movements are short and close together with plenty time to get yourself under control with each breath.
    Thank you <3

  5. I don’t know how to tell you this, but I keep getting ads that start with your trauma video footage and I’m pretty sure you weren’t part of making that.
I screen shot a few things where you might be able to tack down the people responsible as well as saving the ad if you can get ahold of me 🤷‍♀️

  6. Lovely video ❤ I was doing a different yoga video (from someone else on youtube) to calm the nervous system but i found a lot of inner anxiety which made me panic more so did this video after and still aware of the anxiety but much more accepting and calm about it. Thank you xxx
