  1. I started doing yoga in college when I had to take some extra classes. Your flows and structure are so similar to my old teacher’s I immediately fell in love with your videos 🙂 it helps me a ton to keep moving as I have chronic pain from a grade 2 lower back and hip strain

  4. Here I am again! Turns out, while the x-ray supports surgery, my minimal pain level, does not. The physio advised my exercise routines have strengthened supporting structures,acting like "natural" medicine! Yoga is on the list of items the Arthritis society of Canada, recommends! So I, get to carry on as usual! Thank you Kassandra!

  7. I don't usually comment on videos but I wanted to give you my gratitude for this practice. I have been grieving the loss of my two pups and have been storing so much tension in my lower back and hips. After finishing this practice I feel better in my body than I have since the loss. Namaste 🌻
