  1. So basically…twerk my baby out? 😂❤
j/k i am 38 + 1 today annnnd i hopw to go into labor by the end of the week, honestly – or else my doctor and I have briefly discussed me getting induced after 39 weeks because of baby's size. 😅

  2. In my experience do NOT sit on that ball when you are in active labor. I had the WORST contractions while on the ball. It was excruciating. I got on my hands and knees or on my knees leaning on the ball or couch and the contractions were fine.

I had 5 hours of active labor before baby was born.

  3. Just came accross this video! I’m 37w 2d with my second. Went to L&D last night for consistent strong contractions 1+ min & 3-5 min apart. Dilated to 3. They said my contractions look great baby just wasn’t far enough down for them to admit me. Today I’ve had a lot of watery discharge/mucus but my contractions have fizzled out a lot. Any tips to pick things back up?? I’m miserable😅

  4. Baby dropped about 2 weeks ago and my gas pains and acid reflux went away.
It came back today so I'm using this to relieve gas pains and reflux. I can't believe how much the "Cat" relieved the Lg intestine pressure!!
Baby needs to stay down. 😄

  5. I’ve been using my birthing ball for the past week and wondering if I’m doing it right. Thank you for the tips! Especially which way to exaggerate movement, I wasn’t sure which direction was more important 😅

  6. I spent the vast majority of my labor on the ball. The only thing is that I wish I had my husband bring mine from home. The one at the hospital was very worn out, so it wasn't even fully round anymore, and it was really extra squishy. So, if you think you're going to love ball, bring your ball from home.
