(I had a rupture in both feets, different times) for 2 months I'm also going there for my back and lower back spasms. Your instructions have already made me better but, can you help me with that, please? "Hip flexibility" Also, do you have any excersises for ATFL and excesively sinus tarsi pain in feet??   3. Not being funny, but Dean you didn't get a body like that by just doing Yoga. Theres got to be a good diet, cardio routine (perhaps calesthenics) and some weights – especially for the size of your quads, hamstrings and glutes.

  4. It feels like anytime I overdo the weight on the squat/leg exercises the lower spine nerves feel it & I am guessing its from those lower core muscles spasming/cramp. am I right? Why yoga is so good💪
