Welcome, my friends. Thank you for joining me. In this video I’m going to guide you through some simple stretches you can do to relieve the pain associated with sciatica. Sciatica is often a result of chronic sitting, tight ham strings, tight low back and hips. So we’re going to target all of those area in our stretches today to help you relieve the tension that is the cause of that sciatic pain.

  2. Thank you so much for this routine, I was in agony but did this daily for around 3 months and it gradually has completely cured my sciatica. I had tried a lot of other yoga routines but couldn’t manage them and was on a 38 week waiting list for physio 😅. Highly recommend!

Hi Jen, I've been doing this video now for approx 6months, when I was diagnosed with sciatica, and OMG its been brilliant I've become more and more flexable to the point I can now get into pigeon. Now I've had my MRI and have been diagnosed with spondylolisthesis, my L4 and L5 have slipped moved forward. Are there any other posoes I can do to help. thanks Kay
