It is surprising how difficult it is to find good lower back stretch videos that don't involve a lot of arching or that just default into sun salutations or other poses that have nothing to do with lower back. Your poses are so unique and targeted exactly for what you say in your video. I am still struggling with my back and chest after pregnancy (almost 2 years after) and find your videos the best I found so far. Thank you 🙏

First I would like to say thank you for creating this video that focuses on the lower back… I'm 47 years of age male who's been dealing and living with lower back pain ever since I reached my 40 's I type in quick stretches for lower back pain and your video popped up so I clicked and went right into the steps with you.
