  1. I'm a medical student and my finals in 10 days and i can't control myself
Suffering from anxiety attack almost daily I can't concentrate on my objects and get frustrated when i can't answer a question 😭 I'm done omg i hopee it'll pass asap

  2. It sucks when it happens from nothing … I’m not worried or anything … my nerves just feel tense and the back of my neck hurts … pins and needles too in the hands and feet … random moments of tension it’s annoying

  3. I have watched a bazillion videos hoping to find something that will help because my anxiety is so crippling. I really didn’t think this was going to work but I am so astonished. For real. This worked like, immediately. I can't believe it. I felt my head melt a bit and my chest literally just released the tension. SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME I JUST HAD TO POKE MY THUMB IN MY HAND THIS WHOLE TIME???

  4. These might be right but the best way is to, get proper sleep 8 hours at least. And after that in the evening go on a long walk with one friend who is caring and talking about nature, you may get anxiety or panic attacks during the walk and that's okay! I got the last panic attack on a 10km walk. But I knew it was just a panic. So I stopped for a moment focused on breathing and carried on, after that day I don't get panics or anxiety. It's slowly goes down. Just focus on good sleep and relaxation, and stop worrying about anything I mean anything you have to avoid the worries. Even about your health. Keep good diet like oats, nuts in the morning, a light lunch and a light dinner and repeat for at least a week. Slow walking with a friend helps. Because you are mostly focused on talking and tell your friend to talk about good things. Keep a bottle of water with you on the way also. And repeat. If you get better please reply to this comment. Also if you talking any medicine for anti anxiety or panic do take them as prescribed. And keep this light physical activity during evening when it's dark and quiet. Go home and sleep, avoid screen time.
