  1. I’ve had two full back surgeries all the way down to 5 L and 61 i’ve been doing fine but the last few months I’ve been getting up and I can’t hardly move my right hip gone to the chiropractor and they put my pel in two or three times this month and I still am in pain every day I’ve been doing these exercises, but sometimes I can’t get through them because of the pain so is it safe for me to do these exercises with all this metal in my back?
