    I couldn’t do this practice yesterday because I had terrible headache, but today I am here and I’m so glad I did it. It was an awesome class, those were the best squats I had ever done, no back or knee pain. Thank you so much Adriene 🥰💕

  3. Darling Adriene, I have been following you for the past 4 years and I miss your love letters, it has ceased since late last year. I sure would love to continue your monthly sessions. My tummy flab has descended a bit and restricts my movement knee to nose, I am also putting in for a knee replacement as I have osteoarthritis, but I will persevere inspire of it you have supported me through the worst of the times for my mind body and heart.   4. ANCHOR, ⚓ Day 27. February 2026. Great yoga practice, today Adriene. I enjoyed it a lot, which surprised me, because I am in the middle of a Fibromyalgia flare up, at the minute. But the deep stretches, and breathing has really helped. I still feel awful with the flare up, but the yoga has helped take the edge off of it. So thank you Adriene. ❤ I keep having flare ups fairly regularly, recently. It had been 9 days, until today since my last flare up. The yoga, and meditation I do helps me a bit, and I am on some new pain relief. So I'm hoping the flare ups will calm down a bit, soon. 🤞 It can be very hard living with a chronic illness, but your yoga practices bring light, into another wise rather cloudy world.   5. ANCHOR ⚓ | February 27, 2026 | The practice also known as the "Squat Marathon" 😅 My quads were already a bit sore today, so this gave them a run for their money, but I built up some heat on a cold February day which is appreciated! 🙏

  7. Anchor, February 26, 2026, month 2. I did today's yoga practice earlier in the morning, but it was 10 minutes too long at the time and was running behind. And I wanted to try using a block for squats, which I didn't have at the ready. I was able to do the bulk of practice, but felt incomplete not properly finishing it. Had time later in the evening for those 10 minutes. I took on that, and then some. Felt the heat for sure. Especially it being a rather heated evening. I definitely feel so much better closing out the day's flow. ✨

  10. I have to smile as I share this practice today in January 2026, watching the snowflakes fall The. Gusty wins blow the snow through the pine trees on the hill, and I look out your window in your studio and see greenery and sunshine! I am brace all Weather. I love it! My mom will be 97 tomorrow also! Woo hoo, celebrate. God. Bless her! 97 !
