After joining prenatal yoga with my first baby, I started hearing all the amazing positive birth stories of the women giving birth before me! Then I had my own positive birth where I coped the entire way through pain-free. That was the beginning of this channel! I’m not saying I didn’t experience powerful sensations or that it’s wasn’t hard work (it’s called labor for a reason). However, pain is something that signals us that something is wrong, it is scary and NOT AT ALL what I experienced. Now I hear wonderful birth stories everyday…Today I’m sharing the exercises, stretches and strategies I used for my 3 positive pain-free births!

  1. 3 pregnancies started her workout series from week 8, started this specific workout video from the 2nd trimester and I delivered all three babies vaginally without any tears or stitches. Thank you so much!

  2. Ive been doing your exercises since 2nd trimester following your Trimester exercises currently am 32weeks preparing for a VBAC shuu this is a Hit workout 😂 my tights cant no more… Sending love from 🇿🇦❤

  3. This was amazing! im almost at my due date and this 30mins has given me better techniques than hospital physio classes and in person yoga classes. Will be doing these twice daily until baby is ready for a pain free arrival 😉 – Thank you!

  4. First-time mom here 🌸 I started doing this video once a week in my second trimester, then every other day from around week 30. Alongside that, I walked 3 km every day, ate 60 g of dates, and did perineal massage 3–4 times a week from week 34. I drank 3 cups Raspberry Leaf Tea per day as well.

When the time came, I had the most beautiful natural birth. I labored at home for 11 hours, arrived at the hospital already 6–7 cm dilated, and just under 5 hours later, I welcomed my baby into the world. No epidural, no tears: just an empowering experience I’ll never forget.

Thank you so much for creating this video, it really made a difference in my journey.

To every mom-to-be reading this: trust your body, prepare gently, and know that you can do it! 🌸✨

  5. These exercises really helped me to have a short labour, from when my pain started till birth it only took 7.5 hours, without any medication. it was my first child . Thank you for these amazing exercises
