After joining prenatal yoga with my first baby, I started hearing all the amazing positive birth stories of the women giving birth before me! Then I had my own positive birth where I coped the entire way through pain-free. That was the beginning of this channel! I’m not saying I didn’t experience powerful sensations or that it’s wasn’t hard work (it’s called labor for a reason). However, pain is something that signals us that something is wrong, it is scary and NOT AT ALL what I experienced. Now I hear wonderful birth stories everyday…Today I’m sharing the exercises, stretches and strategies I used for my 3 positive pain-free births!

I don’t think downward facing dog is for 3rd trimester. It’s too much abdominal pressure
This was a great video. It felt really good. I'm 27 weeks with my baby girl and actually looking forward to putting into practice what I've learned and practiced with you.
I’m starting at 24 weeks with this page, I did do a few of others videos prior every other week. Hope this helps

from which week we can start doing this?
This was amazing! im almost at my due date and this 30mins has given me better techniques than hospital physio classes and in person yoga classes. Will be doing these twice daily until baby is ready for a pain free arrival 😉 – Thank you!
35 weeks today. Been doing these exercises a few times per week since I was 30 weeks. Today my 8 year old son did it with me and he was burning 😆
Which week is equivalent to start this exercises
Can I do this in second trimester 😊
Hi, is this safe for SPD?
I am 36 weeks and trying to practice your workouts almost every day when I can❤
I really enjoyed this, thank you so much 💛
First-time mom here 🌸 I started doing this video once a week in my second trimester, then every other day from around week 30. Alongside that, I walked 3 km every day, ate 60 g of dates, and did perineal massage 3–4 times a week from week 34. I drank 3 cups Raspberry Leaf Tea per day as well.
When the time came, I had the most beautiful natural birth. I labored at home for 11 hours, arrived at the hospital already 6–7 cm dilated, and just under 5 hours later, I welcomed my baby into the world. No epidural, no tears: just an empowering experience I’ll never forget.
Thank you so much for creating this video, it really made a difference in my journey.
To every mom-to-be reading this: trust your body, prepare gently, and know that you can do it! 🌸✨
When should I start doing this particular exercise? I am 18 weeks now, Can I start it now & continue for the rest of my pregnancy?
