This is great for those of you looking for sciatica pain relief or who just want to increase your flexibility in your lower body.

Here I am again! Turns out, while the x-ray supports surgery, my minimal pain level, does not. The physio advised my exercise routines have strengthened supporting structures,acting like "natural" medicine! Yoga is on the list of items the Arthritis society of Canada, recommends! So I, get to carry on as usual! Thank you Kassandra!
I was doing your yoga classes everyday, but lately I wasn’t able to continue with the routine. Thank you for still putting up classes which are beginner friendly, so it’s easier to catch up and welcome yoga again in my daily life! ❤

A great beginning to starting up again
I don't usually comment on videos but I wanted to give you my gratitude for this practice. I have been grieving the loss of my two pups and have been storing so much tension in my lower back and hips. After finishing this practice I feel better in my body than I have since the loss. Namaste 🌻
