  1. JUST SO YALL KNOW DON'T TRY THESE BREAST INCREASING WORKOUTS YOUR BREASTS BECOME POINTYYYY. If u wanna have big breasts straighten your posture, don't increase your breasts

  2. Day 1- no change
    Day 2- I’m still seeing no change I’m doing it for 10 minutes a day
    Day 3- a little bit of change but not too much I’m doing it for 20 minutes a day now
    Day 4- I lost 1 kg still doing it for 20 minutes a day
    Day 5- I’m seeing change and I’m happy
    GUYS IF YOU WANT TO GET SLIM DO THIS:

    1- do not eat junk food it will make you fat
    2- instead of junk food like (chips- chocolate) eat fruits and vegetables like (carrots – oranges – cucumber- tomatoes)
    3- do not eat sugar because sugar is the thing that’s making you fat
    4- drink 2-3 liters of water (when I drank 3 liters water I went up but then when you go to the toilet you will lose weight so do not worry)
    5- do these exercises for 20 minutes a day or 10 minutes ❤
