  2. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I'm just finished with prenatal pilates, I can't do them anymore because of the weight, so I changed this week to prenatal yoga and this is helping me a lot. ❤

  3. Hi, thank you for sharing this routine with us <3 I have a question though: is this routine safe for women with Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD)? 🙂 Thank you!

  4. Please dont call it a "sufi roll". I believe there is a traditional name of Yoga. I suggest you also tell the original names and then go with the fancy ones. Please dont credit any sufism for the yogic exercise

  5. Thank you so much for this video ❤ I followed this routine from 32 weeks of my pregnancy 😁 It helped me to bring my baby down 😊 I am so thankful as it helped me deliver my baby Vaginally❤

  6. I've been doing all routines from bharti since my second sem and including this during 3rd trimester. Last week delivered vaginally a healthy baby girl at the age of 38. Thankyou so much bharti

  7. This was my first pregnancy & I did this yoga from 34 weeks of my pregnancy, I tried to do every alternate day with my regular prenatal yoga. Both helped me to manage my backpain, fetal movement, fetal position & relaxed me during whole journey. I had early labour in 37 weeks & had normal delivery with episiotomy. Though episiotomy is painful but this yoga give me strength in my pregnancy & labour and made my body ready for Normal delivery.
