Can I follow these exercises at 28 weeks of pregnancy?
Please dont call it a "sufi roll". I believe there is a traditional name of Yoga. I suggest you also tell the original names and then go with the fancy ones. Please dont credit any sufism for the yogic exercise

Yoga postures are good. But difficult to change the position with pregnant belly. And in between should give some pause or resting poses for bringing back energy.

This was my first pregnancy & I did this yoga from 34 weeks of my pregnancy, I tried to do every alternate day with my regular prenatal yoga. Both helped me to manage my backpain, fetal movement, fetal position & relaxed me during whole journey. I had early labour in 37 weeks & had normal delivery with episiotomy. Though episiotomy is painful but this yoga give me strength in my pregnancy & labour and made my body ready for Normal delivery.
Your exercises are good but you are changing position very fast while with real belly it’s hard to do fast. I would suggest yoga should be slow and relaxing
