  2. Hello, I am in my 20th week and doing your workouts. I wanted to ask if you have a video for lower back sciatica pain, as I begin to have a serious problem with it, and after some of my workouts, it gets worse. Thank you so much for your effort, content, advice, and work.

  3. i appreciate your videos so much. i practise with you almost every day, and they have really become an anchor for me at this very surreal and sometimes lonely time. almost 32 weeks. thank you for everything!

  4. 38 weeks and being induced in two days! thanks for the videos, they’ve got me through a lot. i was doing intermediate and advanced daily yoga for years and suddenly couldn’t because of pregnancy. So grateful your videos found me.

  5. 36+5 here and this was just what I needed after a long walk! Love your videos thank you so much for the resources. Do you have any videos for when we are actually in labor for helping the bay progress through the pelvis?

  6. I’m 14 weeks pregnant, just starting to feel better after really bad first trimester (I literally wasn’t able to stand up or even sit because of all the nausea). I did a little too much yesterday and was sore all night 😅 but I love that on your channel we have so many choices for longer, and short workouts and all the different ways to move our bodies as they feel different everyday! I was glad to have this calm movement for today so I can keep moving through difficult days. I’ll probably have a long walk with my husband in the evening as well 😁

  7. 30 weeks, present! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I discovered your channel just a month ago and have been exercising every day with your monthly challenges.
I am at the second pregnancy (just a few months apart 😬) I did exercise (in water) till the very end even last time, still I feel much more confident and strong with your exercise 💓💪🏻 and finding back my abs, which feels great! thanks for all your work!

  8. 25 weeks of my third child ❤ discovered your channel during my maternity leave of 2nd child. Your prepping for easy delivery and post partum videos helped me so much!!! So glad I know your channel from the start this third time 😍 also recommended your channel in my Pregnancy-course at the midwife 🙏🏼

  9. Not pregnant but found you as I’m healing from back trauma. I’m finding hope in these brief videos. Just enough to engage muscles and nervous system, while keeping inflammation low. 🙌

  10. Just wanted to say I began watching this channel after a recent birthing shoulder dystocia… Dr wanted to do a scheduled c section and I wanted to do everything to not have one and do natural as possible when my body was ready for labor…. I did this workout along with some of her others and it was the best birth experience ever. I'm now pregnant with baby number six. When I began her workouts it was baby number 5. So a little late to the show but hey this works!!!

  11. Hi – I absolutely love your videos. Thank you so much for making pre and postpartum videos that are easily accessible and free of cost. You are helping so many women including myself.
I was wondering if you would consider posting some of these videos without music? I would love to play my own playlists in the background. 🙏🏽
Thank you so much. And either way, im grateful for you 😊

  12. 33+4 weeks and doing your workouts since second trimester. Thank you for the content. Today while doing this workout , I was getting lower abdominal cramps. Should I stop workouts? Anyone else feel like this ?
