Could I start this at 36 weeks pregnant to start prepping my body for labor???
I couldn’t sit down and move like that during my contractions… it was either walking around or sitting on the toilet.
Glad I was at home for birth lol
How long do you do the exercises for????
40 weeks tommorow, this is very relaxing. Thanks God bless.
What’s size ball do I get
Those balls are my best friends starting as soon as the the tale end of the second trimester
I do all these standing or on all 4. I wonder if there's a difference when sitting.
I don't have that ball what can i do
I'm 27 weeks . If I do it now , would it still benefit for me to deliver the baby when it's full term or would it make my baby come earlier ? 😂
Damn girl now we know how you made all those babies with them hips 🔥😂
What's the difference between movement and motion? 😅
So basically…twerk my baby out? 😂❤
j/k i am 38 + 1 today annnnd i hopw to go into labor by the end of the week, honestly – or else my doctor and I have briefly discussed me getting induced after 39 weeks because of baby's size. 😅
I dont think my spine bends that much, and im not even pregnant.
Is there any way to do these without a birthing ball? We live in a tiny home and don’t have the space for one 🙁
I have foot swelling I can't squat so what to do plz help me i just I'm new 9 month pregnant
Is it safe to start in the second trimester?
Doing mine now! Currently 36 weeks & 6 days!
This is what PT made me do for my SPD and SI joint pain. So funny! It does make your lower back feel better
I don't have this. Any alternative of this ball?
I hate the ball. It's so uncomfortable on the pelvic floor 😢
Miles Circuit for me😊
Very helpful, thank you!! 👍
I'm 36 weeks… This is safe to do before before full term right? 😅
In my experience do NOT sit on that ball when you are in active labor. I had the WORST contractions while on the ball. It was excruciating. I got on my hands and knees or on my knees leaning on the ball or couch and the contractions were fine.
I had 5 hours of active labor before baby was born.
Just came accross this video! I’m 37w 2d with my second. Went to L&D last night for consistent strong contractions 1+ min & 3-5 min apart. Dilated to 3. They said my contractions look great baby just wasn’t far enough down for them to admit me. Today I’ve had a lot of watery discharge/mucus but my contractions have fizzled out a lot. Any tips to pick things back up?? I’m miserable😅
I’m on my ball now at 25 weeks. It has helped with hip pains !
Are there any exercises that are good to do before a c-section?
Where was this last week when I was in early labor for a few days?? Turns out what finally kicked my body into gear was mopping the floor lol
Could these also be done with your partner? 😏
Can I do after 1st c section for VBAC successful
The way the captions say birthing "pole" and the music has ya know THAT feel 😂😂😂
Baby dropped about 2 weeks ago and my gas pains and acid reflux went away.
It came back today so I'm using this to relieve gas pains and reflux. I can't believe how much the "Cat" relieved the Lg intestine pressure!!
Baby needs to stay down. 😄
I'm 35 weeks and got a ball today but I been doing these exercises in the air for months now 😂
Very cool
Where we can shop this ballon is this available on fkart or Amazon
Is it safe to start doing these in 2nd trimester? I'm almost 19 weeks, and it seems a lot of women wait until 36 weeks to start doing these types of exercises
You need to demo spinning babies exercises. They’re hard to find and know exactly what they’re talking about!
Literally on the ball now lol 38 weeks pregnant 💘
Girrrl i was due jan 21st!!!! Im done
When should i start doing these? I'm 33 weeks
I’ve been using my birthing ball for the past week and wondering if I’m doing it right. Thank you for the tips! Especially which way to exaggerate movement, I wasn’t sure which direction was more important 😅
So glad I came across this video. I’m 34 weeks, just got my yoga ball and had no idea the proper exercises to be doing on it. Thank you Nurse Tina!
Pretty sure this is how I got pregnant in the first place 😂
But nah, I need to pump my ball up so I can do these 🔥
Did this throughout the 9th month and during labor. Felt no pain at all! I was 9CM with no pains, baby came out in two pushes. Thank you so much!!!
And this is how most of us got pregnant…..🤣
I spent the vast majority of my labor on the ball. The only thing is that I wish I had my husband bring mine from home. The one at the hospital was very worn out, so it wasn't even fully round anymore, and it was really extra squishy. So, if you think you're going to love ball, bring your ball from home.
I’m doing this on the night before my due date. I’m barely 1cm dilated, soft cervix, baby hasn’t engaged either. Trying to get him to engage a little bit at least
