  1. i get bad lower back pain on the sacrum from walking or standing a lot. I have bad pronation where i tend to stand on the outer part of my feet which i just learned causes pelvic tension, back aches, and clenching, etc. I started working retail so standing for prolonged periods is now doing a number on my feet and back compared to random isolated incidents before. On top of this, I also have a curved spine and IBS which cause their own issues that connect to this all. I'm trying to correct my step to be more open and stop the stiff knee pronated walk. this exercise feels really good after a long shift! the second stretch popped one of my joints, and after a while of doing the back and forth another joint popped down my leg !

  2. Like actually what does it mean if I’m 24 healthy and have sacrum / low back pain a couple times a year.

In the last 2 years I’ve had this pain pop up out of no where, making it impossible to move , 3 times

Dealing with it right now laying on the floor … I just sneezed and it was excruciating

  3. I felt a hypnic jerk from sleeping wrong on my right causing me to over use my muscle and had my top leg foward causing a small part of my pelvis and lower spine to twist unnaturally and it woke me up while sleeping I was so scared I almost had a panic attack but once I tried this it seemed to calm me down a little bit and helped with the unnatural twist and helped relax my lower muscles so thank you very much

  4. I think i have hip flexor tightness its causing pain in my low back and near groin will this help. The one that helped me was your standing quad stretch with knees close together hits the painful area good . 🙏 this Doc is the truth

  5. Thank you SO much Dr. Mandell! I tried 5 or 6 different kinds of stretches prior to watching this video. None of them seemd to relieve the pain much. But after doing these 3, the pain drastically decreased. By the next day, the pain was completely gone! God bless you for your knowledge and generosity!
