✨This 3-Day Online program can stop your overthinking and teach you to Master your Mind:

This video is the 4th in the series of the 21 Day Yoga Camp. If you sit and work for long hours or drive, you may feel the aches and soreness in the back. This is due to the compression of the spinal cord in between the vertebrae.

So practice these asanas to decompress the spine and get relief from pain. In case you have slipped disc or cervical spondylitis, please avoid this flow and consult your doctor before practising yoga.

Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practicing. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry-fit clothing while practicing yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct

Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practicing

  1. Done with this again. I have a question Radhika Di, You told about Asteya. When I and my friend goes to market, she bargains a lot. And on the other hand, I am unable to do it to that extent, partially because I don't like and mostly because you told about asteya. I bargain onky to the extent the shopkeeper is happy. So, does this thing include in asteya or should I follow my friend's logic and save my money? May be stupid question, but I have been observing this in my shopping psyche since almost a year. Tell me, Am I really following Asteya or doing a stupid thing?
