  1. Modify, modify, modify. There is a big difference between the practice of Asana and a complete yoga practice. There is no race to the perfect yoga pose in fact the faster you go the quicker you end up in physio. Breath and all else comes with practice. That is why it is called a yoga practice. Find it funny when people call themselves yoga masters.

  2. No.1 – discard your ego

No.2 – no two bodies have the same strength, flexibility or joint articulation. You may never physically be able to do some postures as that's not how your particular body bends/flexs.

No.3 – don't push into pain – if something hurts do a modification.

No.4 – it's not a race. It's a way of helping your own body stay flexible and your mind calmer.

No.5 – well done for trying it ❤️

  3. Hello! Can i do youga with some background noises from outside the house? And also if ever someone calls me can I ansnwer or basically disturb? Thabk you please answer 💗

  4. I’ve been practicing since I was 15 (a long time now 😂) and still I do not consider myself “professional”. It’s about something else, not pushing and overachieving

  5. I tried it today for the first time at a sports center with a highly qualified teacher and honestly it didn’t work for me. I yawned a lot and kept thinking about my life in general instead of focusing on my teacher's words. Even at the end when I became more focused, I almost fell asleep. I don't get how some people can cry during the session or just feel sensual after a yoga class. For me, it was boring and unnecessary. Just my experience
