32 weeks and still working at a desk all day. Feels good to stretch all the tension out thank you!
this feel soo good. I thought i was flexible until now.
Okay, this is my second pregnancy even though I'm 9 months postpartum. I am enjoying these exercises again in my pregnancy❤
I really love these stretches. I wake up feeling so tight and sometimes sore from trouble sleeping in 3rd trimester. These help me loosen up for my day. Another one of your videos helps me loosen up at the end of my day. Thank you so much for taking time to share these and not rushing through them.
This felt pretty relaxing. I'll be 35 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Baby feels like she's restricting my ability to do those pelvic tilts forward!
This was excellent 🎉 I'm very happy to have found your channel.
I’m 8 months pregnant, couldn’t do half of the exercises 😢
I’m 39 weeks in one day. I usually do weight. I do your pregnancy yoghurt every morning but they recommended that I do some hip mobility ball stretching and now that I’ve done your class I feel like I’ve missed out my whole pregnancy. It just hits differently and my goodness I feel like my pelvis is so far open this baby is gonna come today, but you have been with me the whole way Jessicaall the way in Australia so thank you
Been doing this video and some others almost every day of pregnancy and baby has been in position for 2 months! It has also helped my body feel SO much better. Thank you! Baby will be arriving any day 😊
Is this exercise suitable for the second trimester? I often see some exercises that are said to speed up labor and are done close to delivery.
Good stretch but painful for the knees
This was absolute bliss. I wish I came across this earlier. I’m 40 weeks today and this stretch combined with the ball was such a gentle way of releasing so much tension in my body without the discomfort of my bump getting in the way. Thank you xx
You are the best 🫰🏻 from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦
Nearly 24 weeks and this is my favorite yoga class of yours! I started incorporating it regularly into my routine a week or 2 ago and I feel so much better! I would love if you did more yoga ball videos like this. It’s the perfect length to squeeze in before bed or in the morning. Thank you!
36 weeks pregnant and feel so stiff, I got through the first part where we were actually on the ball but once the exercises went down to the floor I couldn't do it 😭
So many things popped while doing this video… was very much needed 😂😂 So THANK YOU! 💜
I'm struggling with back & hip pain at the moment and this was a big help so i'll be doing it every night until baby arrives! Thank you 🤍
I couldn't bend backwards that felt weird. I was feeling a bit sleepy in the afternoon. It felt goood.
Thank you for this video. almost 11weeks and feeling super nauseous but doing these stretches really felt so good 🥳
Thank you so much for this exercises!
My body and specially my back are feeling pretty good after doing this.
37 weeks ✌️🌸👶
