  1. First time mom here who wants to share her experience 😁😁
First of all I just want to thank you so much for these birth ball exercises and all your tips. Highly effective- did them every day for my last 2 weeks of pregnancy in combination with a light walking each afternoon.
Gave birth at 38 weeks and EVERYTHING took less than 6 hours and thank God all went smoothly also with my recovery.
Tips for everyone- give a look at the breathing exercises as they also helped a ton during the contractions.
I cannot thank you enough. Sending you lots of hugs abd wishing you tons of success ❤

  2. These exercises are helpful, but my knees are killing me, I cannot seem to get around the exercises that involve standing on them. Mat or blanket does not seem to resolve it either and if I try nevetheless to go through the pain, my knees are hurting like I have a bruise days after (one of them has an actual bruise). Does anyone have similar issue?

  3. 31 weeks with my first baby. This felt great. My body wasn't ready for an intense workout today after an exhausting few days watching my sister's 3 kids while my sister gave birth. 😄 My 3rd trimester belly felt so tired and worn out. This was a great way to get moving again on my own schedule.

  4. I’ve been doing yoga every day since my second trimester (30 minutes a day) using this YouTube channelsometimes with a gym ball, sometimes without. I was hoping for a normal delivery, but in the end I had a C-section, and that’s okay. Thank you so much for your channel. It really helped me manage stress during pregnancy and deliver a healthy baby. Because of your guidance and my daily yoga routine, my baby was in a head-down position. Now my baby is 6 months old. He is very healthy, has a proportional body, and is reaching excellent milestones 😊 Maybe it’s because I practiced yoga every day. Thank youuu for being part of my life journey. I’m truly blessed to have met you online and to become your student 😊❤🎉

🇮🇩 Terjemahan Bahasa Indonesia (halus & natural)
