    for those who want to know if this works, well…IT DOES🎉🎉🎉

    so far i started this 2 months ago just for glow up, I went from chubby skin to athletic, i see a little abs from me and my shoulders are straight as hell🥹

    my legs are like kpop idols I look like I ran out daily from home at 9 am to walk and jog, but the only way it could work is:

    drink water ALOT,
    healthy meals, dont skip your meal schedule, limit sugary foods and drinks/ junk foods please!!
    protein shakes etc,

    you HAVE to move your body and do cardio at home for atleast 20-30 mins, trust me babes it works

    DO NOT skip this workout routine video, save it in your likes or just repost it idk, follow this person, this literally made my whole life better and healthier,

    I feel like I can run more now but its definitely tired but you can take breaks after each rounds you repeat this workout❤❤❤

  2. It's misleading!!😢
    you can’t target fat loss from belly/thighs/arms by doing exercises for that body part. Fat reduces based on overall calorie deficit + genetics + hormones, not from the exact muscle you exercise.
