  1. Ferrrr es que esa es una pose de yoga( muy similar a la Crow Pose ) .En yoga no puedes hacer una pose de un momento a otro si no que son diferentes pasos lentos y continuos. Si lo haces así es más difícil mientras que si lo haces paso a paso como es Te saldrá fácilmente. Busca “ Crow Pose “ y sigue el video. Es muy importante que sigas las transiciones lentamente sin movimientos bruscos .

    Espero esto te ayude a lograr hacer la pose, no te estreses la práctica hace al maestro. Yo apenas logré hacerla correctamente te deseo que tú también puedas.

  3. It took me a long time to get better at balancing, but I’m finally starting to see improvement. It was definitely harder for me than the flexibility or strength aspect of yoga.
