I have committed to a regular, mostly daily home yoga practise for over two years and its thanks to you and your programmes. I have noticed a difference physically for sure (i was rocking the core today, something that i used to dread and hate but now do with a smile on my face!) but for me its been about connecting with my spirit and my breath (so this practise was spot on!) and how its carried off my mat into my consciousness, the way i treat others, deal with my emotions and being able to observe my actions and reactions on a daily basis. I thank you in my 'gratitude practise' i have at the end of every session in shavasana / meditation; you are in a star studded line up of the tools of yoga, the Universe and Spirit 😀 So so much love to you and gratitude, keep up the amazing work sis*star, you inspire so so many people. Great video but one question. When I don’t cradle, my neck, I feel that I’m pulling the muscles in my neck instead of my abdomen. What can I do to make a change there?

looks like you did this a number of years ago… so good and love the spirit is breath though I had to think about it a bit,,, like I am breathing spirit out.. well I arrived at breathing my goodness to community and breathing spirit back in for infusion…. etc… any way I'll be back again….. and again. repeat, Namaste!

Namaste 🙏Thanks to all the yoga teachers who have gone before us. My first yoga teacher was 80+ when I was a 14yo – we did Warrior pose in intense detail each class: placement, energy, meditation on that one pose. I accepted this as yoga. Later, I learnt a yoga sequence from a book & did sun salutes in the morning before work. Over the course of life have had 5 yoga teachers, with their different yoga personality: graceful, adventurous, humourous, spiritual, Today, I recognize that sun salute frame and am savouring the offering – given in each teacher's unique way – to sense my body's feedback. My teachers have always reminded my body & mind to find myself in the different planes of the body & mind.
I used your post run videos years ago for rehabbing my hip to do triathlons. These days, I find myself pretty unmotivated to exercise at all. Inevitably I workout heavily and then burnout and do nothing for weeks or months – the process repeats. Came to yoga today for thankfulness and movement with self love. Thank you

Thank you so much for these videos, seriously 🫶 I have been using your videos and guidance for practice for a few months now, and this time returning to this one I could feel it becoming easier and kicking my behind a lot less than it did last time. I can feel the progress and that I’m becoming stronger because of the work you do releasing these videos to help other people in their journey. I just need to do my part of committing to taking the time to do this for myself. There’s no excuse anymore as I can do these practices, for free, in the comfort of my own home at my own pace and there’s no financial barrier or fear of embarrassing myself when I can’t do a pose properly. So once again I have to say thank you Adriene, you are one-of-a-kind, and an inspiring and awesome teacher and guide. I am truly so grateful for the work you do and so lucky that you make these yoga practices available for us.
