  1. I suggest all the beginners 1 St watch video up to half and observe each strech clearly and then revert back to normal speed of video so that I could follow her easily 🫂❤️❤️

  2. Today, i practised yoga after 2 years, and im shocked that my body is shaking alot my stamina weakens. My breath is not normal. it's also shaking. i couldn't do a normal position now . The year i started practising yoga, everything went smoothly, but now I'm facing lots of difficulties. Even after this session, my body, especially my head, is shaking, too.
    Tell me what should i do

  3. this flow has been so helpful to me but i am not sure if i am the only one facing this problem but there is a huge load on my wrist while doing most of the yoga flows. sometimes the pain in my wrist is more than the pain in my core while doing plank pose which makes me stop the pose.
    If possible is there any way changes in placement of hands or any equipment that can be recommended in the upcoming videos or under this comment. it would be very very helpful

    I am suffering from health anxiety.
    I always feel any small health issues are very big..I have external hammerhoids and from that time I feel afraid of a big problem… Doctor said me it is my anxiety….but still I feel afraid..
    Can you help me or like us who have health anxiety and finding solution…
