  1. I'm amazed by how easy and enjoyable this weight loss program has been. The variety of recipes and exercises keep things interesting, and the results speak for themselves. I'm down two dress sizes and feeling fantastic!

I love this routine, you are very good, I do your other routines as well, and I like how your videos are professional, effective, and don't have an insulting and unnecessary title that seems to assume the entire audience is mobility impaired or over 60. I am 57, fit, walk quite a bit, do other types of exercise – chair yoga is just one thing in my toolbox. It's a quick and effective way to regain flexibility and motion when I am in pain ( I work on a computer all day) Thank you!

  3. Thank you so much. I do this with a friend (we are both in our 60's and have had various medical issues) and today was the first time we tried your channel. We both really enjoyed the pace that you went at. We could continue to keep moving the whole time and could still easily understand what you wanted us to do.
